The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has awarded The University of Texas at Austin's Center for Electromechanics (UT-CEM) with the Governmental Alternative Fuel Fleet (GAFF) grant.
The GAFF funds will go directly to the purchase of five class 1 hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles for the UT community. Your donations will help supplement vehicle costs.

AdamsWith unique access to hydrogen fuel, The University of Texas at Austin's Center for Electromechanics (UT-CEM) is aiming to start a UT Hydrogen Vehicle Ride Share Program, benefitting UT students, faculty, and staff. Hydrogen-powered vehicles produce zero emissions, thus reducing carbon footprints, and are an alternative to battery electric vehicles with greater driving ranges. The program will encourage carpooling, provide vehicle access, and promote the use of hydrogen energy through community outreach.
Donate today to help us drive the vision for a hydrogen energy economy in Texas! #UTDrivesHydrogen
