The Growing Together Scholarship for Parenting Law Students supports students at Texas Law who are balancing the demands of legal education while raising children. Parenting students contribute greatly to the strength of the Texas Law community, yet they often face additional financial pressures as they pursue their legal careers while caring for their families.
Last fall, our community came together to launch the Growing Together Scholarship. Thanks to the generosity of supporters, we raised $6,000 and awarded two $2,500 scholarships to parenting students at Texas Law. The response demonstrated how strongly our community values supporting students who are building both families and futures in the law.
Now we want to build on that momentum. Through our 40 for Forty campaign, we are continuing to grow the scholarship so we can keep supporting parenting students in the years ahead.
