We are an all-inclusive student-oriented running club here at UT Austin. We strive to make running accessible to all students. We offer daily group runs, racing opportunities, social activities, volunteering events, and much more! This is all made possible by the amazing student officers and people like you!
Our daily runs are open to all students free of charge but for students who wish to participate in races and other special events we do require dues. We try to keep costs as low as possible to encourage student involvement in the club by fundraising throughout the year. Our biggest races are the Capital to Coast Relay in the fall and the Texas Independence Relay in the spring! Both of these are two-day relay races involving 36 to 48 team members in an overnight race. Our biggest costs are race entries and rental cars for these events. We also have other racing opportunities throughout the year in which entry fees are covered for our members because fundraising helps us keep dues low.
Any donation is greatly appreciated so more students have the opportunity to participate in these life-changing events. Previous donations have allowed us to purchase a fourth Texas Independence Relay team for the club which allowed an extra 12 members to participate in this race!
