Who We Are
Texas Men’s Volleyball is a UT RecSports club team competing in the Southern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (SIVA) under the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation (NCVF). Our club gives students the opportunity to compete at a high level while building leadership, teamwork, and lifelong friendships in a competitive and supportive environment.
What We’re Fundraising For
We are raising funds to support our 2026 competitive season and our trip to NCVF Nationals in Phoenix, Arizona. Running a competitive club program requires funding for tournament entry fees, travel, equipment, and team gear throughout the season.
- Tournament Entry Fees — $5,235
Covers registration for SIVA league play and regional tournaments that allow our team to qualify and compete against top collegiate club programs.
- Travel & Lodging — $14,965
Traveling to compete is one of our largest expenses. NCVF Nationals requires a four-night hotel stay, and teams must book through an official tournament housing partner rather than choosing independent accommodations. While this ensures all teams are housed near the tournament venue, it often means we cannot simply select the lowest-cost lodging options.
- Equipment — $1,232
Helps provide the training equipment needed for practices and matches so our athletes can prepare and compete at their best.
- Team Gear & Merchandise — $5,528
Covers team apparel and travel gear that allows us to represent UT with pride and maintain a professional presence at tournaments.
Your Impact
Your support helps ensure that every student-athlete has the opportunity to compete, regardless of financial circumstances.
Donations directly help our team:
-
Compete in regional and national tournaments
-
Train with the equipment needed to perform at a high level
-
Travel to represent The University of Texas at Austin
-
Maintain an accessible and inclusive club experience
Club sports are a powerful part of campus life, helping students build friendships, leadership skills, and lifelong memories. With your support, Texas Men’s Volleyball can continue providing these opportunities while proudly representing UT on the national stage.
