The UT Austin Student Engineering Council (SEC) represents engineering students, uniting over 30 organizations to foster community, leadership, and growth. It provides academic support, professional development, service opportunities, and social events, ensuring students have a voice and the resources to succeed in their engineering journey.
We are raising funds for our Organization Event Partnership (OEP) program, which provides financial support to our member organizations so they can host meaningful events that enrich the Cockrell School of Engineering. These events range from community outreach and networking nights to professional workshops and design competitions. The OEP also helps cover crucial expenses like building supplies, project materials, and travel to conferences—ensuring our student groups have the tools to excel both inside and outside the classroom.
Your donation directly enriches the academic and professional experiences of engineering students at UT Austin. By contributing to the OEP program, you empower our member organizations to create engaging, high-quality events that develop technical skills, encourage collaboration, and build a strong sense of community. Past philanthropic support has allowed us to expand our programs, sponsor student-led initiatives, and elevate the reputation of the Cockrell School of Engineering on campus and beyond. With your help, we can continue nurturing the next generation of engineering leaders, innovators, and problem-solvers—ensuring they have every opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.
