Brimble Endowed Excellence Fund in Global Business
The Center for Global Business is building the global leaders of tomorrow through interdisciplinary study, experiential learning, and real-world connections. CGB students cultivate a global mindset through international experience and graduate ready to start here and change the world.
Through the Brimble Global Impact Endowment, CGB is helping McCombs increase its reach and offer global skills and knowledge to all UT students through additional courses in international business, scholarship support for international business study, and global alumni engagement.
Endowment Priorities:
- Develop New Courses: Donations provide resources to design and implement innovative curricula, ensuring students receive cutting edge education and allowing them to stay ahead of industry trends to equip graduates with the latest knowledge and skills.
- Engage Global Alumni: Contributions facilitate outreach initiatives connecting CGB with alumni worldwide, fostering a strong global network and opening doors for collaboration, mentorship, and career opportunities.
- Create Global Opportunities: Financial support helps CGB establish international internship programs and develop courses taught overseas, providing students with invaluable cross-cultural experience and a competitive edge in the global marketplace.
- Increase Access to International Experience: Scholarships funded by the endowment make experiential learning opportunities like study abroad programs and international internships more accessible to students, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Contributions to this 40 for Forty campaign will be added to the endowment and invested by the university to yield returns on an ongoing basis.
