We are the first collegiate field hockey team in Texas and are proud to represent the University of Texas at Austin! We are sponsored by UT Recreational Sports and are working on growing our team.
Our mission is to build enthusiasm for field hockey in Texas by growing knowledge, building skills and increasing players. Anyone regardless of skill is invited to join for opportunities to socialize, exercise and learn more about field hockey. We are raising money to help grow our club and aid players financially to help reduce barriers they may face in participating.
In the past, donations have helped fund uniforms for our team as well as team shirts. In addition, we hope to raise enough funds to aid players in costs associated with participating in travel and games. Each year, we participate in a tournament in Virginia held by the National Field Hockey League, and we made it to Quarterfinals last year. With donations, our hope is that more players will be able to join our team at the tournament by offsetting the costs associated with it.
